These terms describe the permitted use of Opermetry for internal Smokers Abbey business analytics.
1. Scope and acceptance
Opermetry is intended for authorized Smokers Abbey staff and specifically approved service providers acting for that business. Review these terms before using the internal application. If you do not agree or are not authorized, do not use it. These terms do not themselves grant access, authority to connect an account, or permission to view business data.
2. Limited permission to use
Subject to your authorization and these terms, you may use the approved Opermetry application for internal review, reconciliation, and business analysis. Your permission is limited, nonexclusive, and revocable by the application owner. Do not resell access, publish private data, sublicense the service, or use it for another business without explicit approval.
3. Read-only analytical purpose
The intended integration purpose is to read approved accounting, Clover, and BILL data for analytics. This public website does not create transactions, issue payments, edit accounting records, or expose financial dashboards. Some provider authorization scopes, including Intuit accounting access, permit writes even though the Opermetry implementation uses them for reading. Provider permissions and the behavior of the approved internal integration must be reviewed by the owner before use; this notice is not proof that any specific account is connected.
4. Your responsibilities
Use only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Protect credentials and devices, follow workplace access controls, and share reports only with approved recipients through approved channels. Do not bypass access controls, probe other users' data, introduce malicious code, or use the service unlawfully. Report suspected unauthorized access to the internal application owner promptly.
5. Provider connections
QuickBooks, Clover, and BILL are separate providers governed by their own terms and permissions. Account owners must review and approve requested access. Provider names identify data sources and do not imply endorsement, certification, or partnership. Authorization may be revoked using the provider's controls. Revocation does not automatically erase records already imported under an approved internal workflow.
6. Accuracy and business decisions
Analytics may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or affected by import failures, source changes, classifications, and reconciliation differences. Verify material amounts and decisions against the original records and approved accounting procedures. Opermetry is not a substitute for bookkeeping review, professional accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.
7. Data and confidentiality
Business records remain subject to the business's ownership, confidentiality, access, and retention requirements. These terms do not transfer ownership of source data. The privacy notice describes this public website and the intended internal data boundary. Do not upload private records or credentials to this public website.
8. Availability and changes
The service may change, be unavailable, or be suspended for maintenance, security, provider changes, or business reasons. No uptime, completeness, or uninterrupted-access commitment is made by this public notice. The owner may withdraw an individual's access when authorization ends or misuse is suspected.
9. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Opermetry is provided as available without a promise that every report is accurate, complete, or fit for a particular decision. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not establish a negotiated financial liability cap or override an applicable employment, confidentiality, or services agreement.
10. Ending use and updates
Stop using the application when your authorization ends. Return or remove business information as directed under the applicable internal retention procedure; do not delete legally required records. Updated terms will be published with a revised effective date. The owner should communicate material changes to authorized users before continued use.
